WHERE & WHEN DO WE DELIVER

 Goods ordered through this Website will only be delivered in Belgium and Luxemburg. You can request a delivery address which differs from your personal or invoicing address by selecting it during purchase, provided that it remains within the delivery zones as stated above. Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

All orders placed before 12.00 am will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day and delivered within approximately 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Friday before 12.00 pm will be delivered on the following working day. We do not delivery goods to PO Boxes.

Please note: Although it is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

TAXES & DUTIES

 Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised in the checkout page and on the Order Confirmation. Delivery charges for Orders dispatched within Belgium and Luxemburg are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

 You can track your shipment by selecting the "My Account" section from our site, then click on "Order History". Alternatively, on the shipment confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail from us, you will be able to click directly on the link of our carrier. Note that the tracking link becomes available within 24 hours from the time the carrier collects your package.
