EASTPAK footwear are produced under licence by Sugi International Limited (Hong Kong).
WHAT TO DO WITH A DAMAGE ITEM?
1. When you've purchased your pair of EASTPAK Footwear in our ONLINE SHOP (www.eastpak.com ), please contact our EASTPAK customer service department.
2. When you purchased you pair of EASTPAK Footwear in any local Footwear shop, please return the defective product to this Footwear shop (link store locator) were you’ve purchased your EASTPAK Footwear.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
Footwear is NOT covered by the general EASTPAK warranty terms.
These are licensee products which fall under the responsibility of Sugi LTD.
The product replacement/refund is responsibility of the shop where you bought the shoes.
All the EASTPAK Footwear products are covered by the EU General Warranty Terms as provided by the statutory rights.
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, misuse, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids or solvents.
