EASTPAK guarantees its products against possible defects in materials and workmanship it offers a standard warranty of 30 years on all regular products (packs, bags and luggage). Where such defects occur EASTPAK will repair or replace the item in question.
The 30 year warranty does not include certain 'special' products, such as those made of a limited edition 'fashion' fabric or construct; these come with a 2 year warranty.
If you are not sure which warranty is the right one for your EASTPAK please check the hangtag that comes on your bag at purchase, this will clearly state the relevant warranty term.
The warranty is limited up the value of the EASTPAK in question and is only valid when the product is used for the purpose it was intended under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear & tear, neglect, misuse, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids or solvents; nor does it cover damage caused by third parties during transportation (such as airline travel).
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by EASTPAK before any repair or replacement is authorised. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. Please return the defective product to the EASTPAK dealer were you've purchased your EASTPAK. Or by exception please download the form at the right "EP_repair_form_with_address". Fill in this form and send it together with the faulty EASTPAK to the address given on the form. Please take note that the bag is cleaned, we return dirty bags unrepaired at your expense. Gelieve dit formulier in te vullen en op te sturen naar het adres dat onderaan het formulier vermeld staat. Wij aanvaarden alleen schone tassen. Vuile tassen worden ongerepareerd en op uw kosten teruggestuurd. Het kan tot 3 weken duren vooraleer u uw tas terug heeft.

EASTPAK garantit ses produits contre d’éventuels défauts de fabrication et de matériaux. Il offre une garantie standard de 30 ans sur tous les produits courants (sacs à main, sacs à dos et bagages). Si ce genre de défaut devait apparaître, EASTPAK réparerait ou remplacerait l'objet en question.
La garantie de 30 ans exclut certains produits dits "spéciaux", c’est-à-dire ceux d’une série limitée tant au niveau de la fabrication, du concept que du tissu. Ils ont une garantie de 2 ans.
Si vous n'êtes pas sûr de la garantie qui s’applique à votre EASTPAK, il suffit de regarder sur l'étiquette de votre sac (lors de l’achat), elle indique clairement les conditions de garantie appropriées.
La garantie est limitée à la valeur de l'EASTPAK concerné. Elle est valable que si le produit est utilisé pour l'usage auquel il est destiné et dans des conditions normales. La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages occasionnés par une usure naturelle, un mauvais entretien, un mauvais usage, le frottement, l'exposition à des températures extrêmes, à des acides ou à des solvants. Elle ne couvre pas non plus les dommages causés par des tierces parties lors d’un transport (tel que le voyage en avion).
Tous les retours sont soumis à un contrôle et sont approuvés par EASTPAK avant toute réparation ou remplacement.
Cette garantie n'a pas d'influence sur vos droits statutaires. Vous pouvez retournez votre produit au dealer ou vous avez acheté le sac. Comme exception, vous pouvez télécharger le formulaire de réparation ci-joint (en bas). Replissez ce formulaire et envoyez-le ensemble avec to sac EASTPAK à l'adresse affiché sur le document. Tous les produits doivent être propres. Les produits sales seront refusés et renvoyés à l’expéditeur, frais de port à sa charge. EASTPAK s’engage à respecter un délai de 3 semaines.

Sollte es erforderlich werden, Garantieleistungen in Anspruch zu nehmen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben. Ausnahmsweise können Sie ein Reparaturformular aus der Internetseite herunterladen (siehe oben). Bei der Anmeldung von Garantieansprüchen soll der Kunde das vollständig und richtig ausgefüllte Reparaturformular vorlegen und an die auf dem Formular gegebene Adresse schicken. Das Produkt soll vor der Reparatur gereinigt werden (Handwäsche), sonst wird das schmützige Produkt unrepariert auf Ihre Kosten zurückgechickt. Beachten Sie bitte, dass die Reparatur ca. 3 Wochen dauert.

EASTPAK garantiza sus productos contra posibles defectos de material o fabricación ofreciendo una garantía estándar de 30 años en todos sus productos (bolsas, mochilas y maletas). Si se produce algún defecto de este tipo, EASTPAK reparará o repondrá el artículo correspondiente.
La garantía de 30 años excluye ciertos productos "especiales", como los diseñados para una edición limitada de moda y/o con un tejido especial. Esta clase de productos están cubiertos por 2 años de garantía.
Si no está seguro de qué clase de garantía tiene su EASTPAK, verifique en el momento de la compra la etiqueta de su mochila en donde se indican claramente las condiciones de garantía pertinentes.
La garantía está limitada al valor del artículo EASTPAK en cuestión y únicamente es válida cuando se ha utilizado el producto para el uso al que está destinado y en condiciones normales. La garantía no cubre los daños causados por el desgaste normal, una mala conservación, un mal uso, el desgaste por rozamiento, la exposición a temperaturas extremas, a ácidos o solventes. EASTPAK garantisce i propri prodotti contro eventuali difetti di materiale o fabbricazione offrendo una garanzia standard di 30 anni su tutti i prodotti normali (zaini, borse e bagagli). Qualora si verifichino tali difetti, EASTPAK riparerà o sostituirà l’articolo in questione.
La garanzia di 30 anni non comprende alcuni prodotti “speciali”, come quelli realizzati in edizione limitata con un modello o tessuto “alla moda”, che hanno una garanzia di 2 anni.
Se non è certo di quale sia la garanzia corretta per il suo EASTPAK, la preghiamo di verificarlo nel cartellino appeso alla borsa al momento dell’acquisto, che enuncia chiaramente i termini di garanzia rilevanti.
La garanzia si limita al valore dell’EASTPAK in questione ed è valida soltanto nel caso in cui il prodotto venga utilizzato per il fine cui è destinato in condizioni normali. Compila questo modulo e lo invia insieme con lo zaino diffetuoso EASTPAK al indirizzo scritto nel modulo. Fate attenzione se lo zaino è pulio, non ripariamo i zaini sporci e li rimandiamo al costo di cliente.

EASTPAK garantit ses produits contre d’éventuels défauts de fabrication et de matériaux. Il offre une garantie standard de 30 ans sur tous les produits courants (sacs à main, sacs à dos et bagages). Si ce genre de défaut devait apparaître, EASTPAK réparerait ou remplacerait l'objet en question.
La garantie de 30 ans exclut certains produits dits "spéciaux", c’est-à-dire ceux d’une série limitée tant au niveau de la fabrication, du concept que du tissu. Ils ont une garantie de 2 ans.
Si vous n'êtes pas sûr de la garantie qui s’applique à votre EASTPAK, il suffit de regarder sur l'étiquette de votre sac (lors de l’achat), elle indique clairement les conditions de garantie appropriées.
La garantie est limitée à la valeur de l'EASTPAK concerné. Elle est valable que si le produit est utilisé pour l'usage auquel il est destiné et dans des conditions normales. La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages occasionnés par une usure naturelle, un mauvais entretien, un mauvais usage, le frottement, l'exposition à des températures extrêmes, à des acides ou à des solvants. Elle ne couvre pas non plus les dommages causés par des tierces parties lors d’un transport (tel que le voyage en avion).
Tous les retours sont soumis à un contrôle et sont approuvés par EASTPAK avant toute réparation ou remplacement.
Cette garantie n'a pas d'influence sur vos droits statutaires. Vous pouvez retournez votre produit au dealer ou vous avez acheté le sac. Comme exception, vous pouvez télécharger le formulaire de réparation ci-joint (en bas). Replissez ce formulaire et envoyez-le ensemble avec to sac EASTPAK à l'adresse affiché sur le document. Tous les produits doivent être propres. Les produits sales seront refusés et renvoyés à l’expéditeur, frais de port à sa charge. EASTPAK s’engage à respecter un délai de 3 semaines.
