Damn, it took we a while to recover to do this posting.
So yep, was the last day. Went skating like crazy. Everybody ripped, everybody smiled. Bikes were really dope and I think we want to repeat this experience, just so much fun.

Sam Partaix is a good guy. He is the kind of guy when you meet you most probably gonna like him. He is just nice and got this crazy good energy for skating. Sam pretty much killed it everyday. You know like destroying spots casually and smiling. It's a treat to witness it live. Unluckily for Sam he's the first one of us without a bike since his exploded under him. Good that he's got the thickest legs because he skated along us for a couple days now and he ain't complaining. But hey, that's the number 1 golden hobo rule.

Well, today was a good day. Lots of biking, lots of skating and lots of beers. The dudes are on fire and it feels good to watch. Here you can see Sam tailsliding on some cool spot, Furones fs feebling, Hugo hungover in front of little kids, bouh...., Gabeeb breakdancestretching, Sam pretty boy don't skate and Michel true hobo king sandwich eater.

Special Hugo post. It was his birthday. We had a blast, he did a nosewheelie and now we all have a mega hangover.

Michel and Hugo killed it. We found some really big rails and they boardslid and 50 50ed respectively. Nice one ! It's good we have these guys or else they would not be so much rails with us. Those things are overrated !
Anyway, the crew is good. Beers are flowing hobos every night so to survive the next day. Things are good. But sorry no rails photos, just a shitty quarter and the awesome Betonhausen.

Gabriel Engelke was not coming to the tour and we were bummed. Somehow Gabeeb managed to sneak in a plane to make us a huge surprise. We could not believe it ! Gabe wqs here and we were so stoked ! Gabeeb you are the best. Oh yeah, we skated Postdam today and it was sick.

Damn, our bikes are cheap. They are really fun but do tear apart quite quick.
That's ok cuz we got the crew to back us out of any situation. So far, two broken tire, one broken bike... Not that bad. So, yep, we are skating everyday, all day. It's fun but getting into details of who does what is somehow a bit boring !

God, it's fun to ride the bikes !

Today was a long ride. We are living up in the North East of town (Prenzlauer Berg) and were heading opposites to the South West to skate the University part of Berlin. On the way there, Michel and Hugo found some really good rails to skate !
We skated the area the whole day and then decided to return home. After some food we decided to head down to the South West of town Kreuzberg to have some drinks and then cycle back up. What Steve did that night was give a piece of paper with address and phone number to everyone one of them hobo's. Make them depart every 2 minutes from different sides, and basically the first one home would get the right to... sleep ! Some took 30 minutes, some took 3 hours. Probably 40 kms on bikes today. Killing it !

Today we went around Moabit and had quite some fun !
Just to get there with the whole gang is such an experience. 10 guys on broken bikes cycling about super easy going. When one gets caught by a red light, he just screams and we wait. Wicked !
We pretty much skated all day long the wave spot and the fun little skatepark right behind it.
We then went to the steep ass white bank along the Spree river and skated it a bunch. Steve got a line with Paul's mini photo camera which got HD bro !

Here we are first day of the trip !!! Everyone arrived yesterday at my place, happy to be in Berlin .Michel arrived with only his backpack for the next 10 days it smells hobo way ... We had the evening to show them my new flat and my neighborhood .
We are lucky cause today it's not raining as the forecast was pretending .
Before to hit the roads we need bikes ,so we decided to go to Morauer park flee market ... After few stands with all second hand useless stuff we found 5 bikes straight from the DDR age !!! One flat tired ,one rusty ,one with a rasta lucky lace around the handle bar ... Anyway they looks perfect . For sure there is no light but at least they do weird noise when you are pedaling .
The pack is on to the big tit in freidrichschain park were we warm up , furo is power sliding , juju plays the catch boy and michel jumps over the bike on the top of the tit ...
Jan Kliewer and Lennie are waiting for us at the Betonhause . It's a concrete bowl they built by themself right behind the adidas skatepark .it's pretty radical and hard to skate we finished our day there , curving grinding , screaming , and slaming all around the corners ...
The night is coming quickly ,it's time to ride back home , Loic (photographer)miss one turn in warsaw strasse . First soldier on the floor a knee scratched and a blue nail , true hobo knows to slam ... at least the bikes are solid !!!And the photographer is strong ...
Finaly today we went just around the downtown and we already did a bunch of kilometers , i can see the guys just realize how big Berlin is and how a bicycle saddle can irritate your ass ...

Only no scooters this year, ah ah.... bicycles !

Well yes, recession times, right ! Not really thought, EASTPAK ANTIZ team are down to get tired on their bikes as it is one of the best way to actually skate the wide city of Berlin, not to mention the green side of it...
So Berlin it is. Only a huge city such as Berlin might satisfy the hunger for new un-skated spots for these rough riders. Did you know that Berlin is 10 times the size of Paris. Some km's to be done ! Boy, those skaters will be fit after 10 days.
So the mission is and always will be. Skate ! Skate every little corner of the city. Bring home the picture and the footy as souvenirs and soon you will see the entire video clips on the web.
