WHERE & WHEN DO WE DELIVER
Goods ordered through this Website will only be delivered in Italy, with the exclusion of San Marino, Livigno and Vatican City. You can request a delivery address which is differs from your personal or invoicing address by selecting it during purchase, provided that it remains within the delivery zones as stated above.
Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 12.00 am will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day and delivered within approximately 2-4 working days.
If you choose the Express Delivery, orders that are placed before 12.00 pm, Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day.Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two working days. Orders placed on Friday before 12.00 pm will be delivered on the following working day.
We do not delivery goods to PO Boxes.
Please note:
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
- Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges apply to your Order based on the value of your Order and type of delivery:
Standard Delivery
Up to € x : € x VAT included
Over € x : free of charge
Express Delivery
Fixed rate : € x VAT included
The appropriate delivery charge will appear automatically in your shopping bag.
We may, from time to time, apply free shipment promotions for limited periods.
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised in the checkout page and on the Order Confirmation. Delivery charges for Orders dispatched within the Italy are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your shipment by selecting the "My Account" section from our site, then click on "Order History". Alternatively, on the shipment confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail from us, you will be able to click directly on the link of our carrier. Note that the tracking link becomes available within 24 hours from the time the carrier collects your package.
