WAS IST ABGEDECKT? WAS NICHT?

Eastpak garantiert seine Produkte gegen mögliche Material- und Fertigungsmängel und bietet für alle gewöhnlichen Produkte (Rucksäcke, Taschen und Gepäck) eine 30-jährige Standardgarantie an. Die 30-jährige Garantie schließt gewisse „spezielle” Produkte aus, beispielsweise aus einem „Mode“-Stoff oder Konstrukt einer Limited Edition hergestellte Produkte; diese haben eine 2-jährige Garantie. Falls Sie nicht sicher sein sollten, welche Garantie auf Ihr Produkt zutrifft, überprüfen Sie bitte entweder das Etikett, das zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs an der Tasche hängt, oder das weiße Etikett drinnen im Rucksack. Die jeweilige Garantiezeit wird hier klar angegeben. Oben auf dieser Seite finden Sie eine PDF-Datei mit Fotos. Diese Bilder stellen sowohl Defekte die von unserer Garantie gedeckt werden, als auch solche die nicht mehr unter unsere Garantie fallen, dar. Die Garantiebedingungen können Sie im beigefügten Dokument nachlesen (Eastpak Gewährleistungs- & Garantierichtlinien).

WIE LÄUFT DAS ALLES IN DER PRAXIS ?

Sollte es erforderlich werden, Garantieleistungen in Anspruch zu nehmen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben. Ausnahmsweise können Sie ein Reparaturformular aus der Internetseite herunterladen (siehe oben). Bei der Anmeldung von Garantieansprüchen soll der Kunde das vollständig und richtig ausgefüllte Reparaturformular vorlegen und an die auf dem Formular gegebene Adresse schicken. Das Produkt soll vor der Reparatur gereinigt werden (Handwäsche), sonst wird das schmützige Produkt unrepariert auf Ihre Kosten zurückgechickt. Beachten Sie bitte, dass die Reparatur ca. 3 Wochen dauert.

WIR REPARIEREN TROTZDEM

Selbst falls der Fehler nicht (oder nicht mehr) von der Garantie abgedeckt ist, können Sie Ihr Produkt von unserem Qualitäts-Reparaturdienst zu ausgesprochen günstigen Preisen reparieren lassen - vorausgesetzt natürlich, dass wir die für die Reparatur erforderlichen Ersatzteile noch auf Lager haben. Sie finden im Anhang eine Preisliste für Reparaturen, die nicht von unserer Garantie abgedeckt sind. QUE COUVRE LA GARANTIE? QUE NE COUVRE PAS LA GARANTIE?

Eastpak garantit ses produits contre les éventuels défauts des matériaux et les problèmes de qualité de ses produits. De plus, Eastpak offre une garantie standard de 30 ans sur tous les produits classiques (sacs, sacs à dos et bagages). La garantie 30 ans ne couvre pas certains produits « particuliers » tels que ceux produits dans un certain matériau ou type de fabrication « tendance » en série limitée, ces derniers produits seront couverts par une garantie de 2 ans. Si vous n’êtes pas sûr du type de garantie couvrant un produit spécifique, veuillez vérifier l’étiquette apposée sur le sac lors de l’achat ou la petite étiquette blanche à l’intérieur du sac. Les informations portées sur l’étiquette établiront clairement les conditions de garantie qui prévaudront.

COMMENT CELA FONCTIONNE-T-IL EN PRATIQUE?

Vous pouvez retournez votre produit au dealer ou vous avez acheté le sac. Comme exception, vous pouvez télécharger le formulaire de réparation ci-joint (en haut). Replissez ce formulaire et envoyez-le ensemble avec to sac EASTPAK à l'adresse affiché sur le document. Tous les produits doivent être propres. Les produits sales seront refusés et renvoyés à l’expéditeur, frais de port à sa charge. EASTPAK s’engage à respecter un délai de 3 semaines.

NOUS LE RÉPARERONS QUAND MÊME

Même si le dégât n’est pas (ou plus) couvert par notre garantie, les clients peuvent choisir de faire réparer leur produit par notre excellent service de réparations, à des prix très raisonnables. Naturellement, nous ne pourrons assurer ce service que si nous avons toujours en stock les pièces détachées nécessaires aux réparations. WAT VALT ONDER DE GARANTIE? WAT NIET?

Eastpak waarborgt zijn producten tegen mogelijke materiaal- en productiefouten door middel van een standaardgarantie van 30 jaar op alle gewone producten (rugzakken, tassen en bagage). De garantie van 30 jaar geldt niet voor bepaalde ‘speciale’ producten, zoals producten gemaakt van een modieuze stof of constructie in beperkte oplage, waarvoor een garantie van 2 jaar geldt. Indien u niet zeker bent welke garantie voor een bepaald product geldig is, controleer dan het garantiedocument- of kaartje dat bij de aankoop met de tas wordt meegeleverd of het witte etiket in de tas. Daarop wordt duidelijk de garantietermijn vermeld.

Je kan bovenaan deze pagina een pdf-bestand met foto’s terugvinden waarop duidelijk te zien is welke defecten onder onze garantie vallen en welke niet.

HOE WERKT HET IN DE PRAKTIJK?

Gelieve uw tas terug te sturen via de winkel waar u uw EASTPAK gekocht heeft. Indien dit niet mogelijk is kunt u uitzonderlijk het EASTPAK herstellingsformulier downloaden. Gelieve dit formulier in te vullen en op te sturen naar het adres dat onderaan het formulier vermeld staat. Wij aanvaarden alleen schone tassen. Vuile tassen worden ongerepareerd en op uw kosten teruggestuurd. Het kan tot 3 weken duren vooraleer u uw tas terug heeft.

WIJ HERSTELLEN HET NOG

Ook indien de schade niet (of niet meer) onder de garantie valt, kan je er nog steeds voor kiezen om je product aan een billijke prijs door onze hersteldienst te laten herstellen. Dit natuurlijk op voorwaarde dat wij de voor de herstelling benodigde reserveonderdelen nog in voorraad hebben. Een prijslijst van de herstellingen buiten garantie is bijgevoegd (zie bovenaan pagina).

COS’È COPERTO? COSA NON È COPERTO?

EASTPAK garantisce i propri prodotti contro eventuali difetti di materiale o fabbricazione offrendo una garanzia standard di 30 anni su tutti i prodotti normali (zaini, borse e bagagli). Qualora si verifichino tali difetti, EASTPAK riparerà o sostituirà l’articolo in questione. La garanzia di 30 anni non comprende alcuni prodotti “speciali”, come quelli realizzati in edizione limitata con un modello o tessuto “alla moda”, che hanno una garanzia di 2 anni. Se non è certo di quale sia la garanzia corretta per il suo EASTPAK, la preghiamo di verificarlo nel cartellino appeso alla borsa al momento dell’acquisto, che enuncia chiaramente i termini di garanzia rilevanti.

COME FUNZIONA IL TUTTO IN PRATICA ?

Si prega di inviare il prodotto diffettoso al venditore EASTPAK dove lo si e' acquistato. In alternativa si compili il modulo di riparazione sul nostro sito web (si veda sopra), e si invii lo zaino col modulo compilato all'indirizzo indicato. Si prega di inviare solo zaini puliti, gli zaini sporchi non saranno riparati e saranno rimandati al mittente a sue spese. Le procedure di riparazione durano 3 settimane circa.

LO SISTEMIAMO

Anche se il danno non è coperto (o non lo è più) dalla garanzia, i clienti possono ancora scegliere di far riparare il proprio prodotto dal nostro servizio di riparazione di alta qualità, a costi molto ragionevoli. Naturalmente, a condizione che nel nostro magazzino siano presenti i pezzi di ricambio necessari per la riparazione. Troverete un listino prezzi per le riparazioni non coperte dalla garanzia in allegato.

WAS IST ABGEDECKT? WAS NICHT?

Eastpak garantiert seine Produkte gegen mögliche Material- und Fertigungsmängel und bietet für alle gewöhnlichen Produkte (Rucksäcke, Taschen und Gepäck) eine 30-jährige Standardgarantie an. Die 30-jährige Garantie schließt gewisse „spezielle” Produkte aus, beispielsweise aus einem „Mode“-Stoff oder Konstrukt einer Limited Edition hergestellte Produkte; diese haben eine 2-jährige Garantie. Falls Sie nicht sicher sein sollten, welche Garantie auf Ihr Produkt zutrifft, überprüfen Sie bitte entweder das Etikett, das zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs an der Tasche hängt, oder das weiße Etikett drinnen im Rucksack. Die jeweilige Garantiezeit wird hier klar angegeben.

Oben auf dieser Seite finden Sie eine PDF-Datei mit Fotos. Diese Bilder stellen sowohl Defekte die von unserer Garantie gedeckt werden, als auch solche die nicht mehr unter unsere Garantie fallen, dar.

WIE LÄUFT DAS ALLES IN DER PRAXIS ?

Sollte es erforderlich werden, Garantieleistungen in Anspruch zu nehmen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben. Ausnahmsweise können Sie ein Reparaturformular aus der Internetseite herunterladen (siehe oben). Bei der Anmeldung von Garantieansprüchen soll der Kunde das vollständig und richtig ausgefüllte Reparaturformular vorlegen und an die auf dem Formular gegebene Adresse schicken. Das Produkt soll vor der Reparatur gereinigt werden (Handwäsche), sonst wird das schmützige Produkt unrepariert auf Ihre Kosten zurückgechickt. Beachten Sie bitte, dass die Reparatur ca. 3 Wochen dauert.

WIR REPARIEREN TROTZDEM

Selbst falls der Fehler nicht (oder nicht mehr) von der Garantie abgedeckt ist, können Sie Ihr Produkt von unserem Qualitäts-Reparaturdienst zu ausgesprochen günstigen Preisen reparieren lassen - vorausgesetzt natürlich, dass wir die für die Reparatur erforderlichen Ersatzteile noch auf Lager haben. Sie finden im Anhang eine Preisliste für Reparaturen, die nicht von unserer Garantie abgedeckt sind.

QUE COUVRE LA GARANTIE? QUE NE COUVRE PAS LA GARANTIE?

Eastpak garantit ses produits contre les éventuels défauts des matériaux et les problèmes de qualité de ses produits. De plus, Eastpak offre une garantie standard de 30 ans sur tous les produits classiques (sacs, sacs à dos et bagages). La garantie 30 ans ne couvre pas certains produits « particuliers » tels que ceux produits dans un certain matériau ou type de fabrication « tendance » en série limitée, ces derniers produits seront couverts par une garantie de 2 ans. Si vous n’êtes pas sûr du type de garantie couvrant un produit spécifique, veuillez vérifier l’étiquette apposée sur le sac lors de l’achat ou la petite étiquette blanche à l’intérieur du sac. Les informations portées sur l’étiquette établiront clairement les conditions de garantie qui prévaudront.

COMMENT CELA FONCTIONNE-T-IL EN PRATIQUE?

Vous pouvez retournez votre produit au dealer ou vous avez acheté le sac. Comme exception, vous pouvez télécharger le formulaire de réparation ci-joint (en haut). Replissez ce formulaire et envoyez-le ensemble avec to sac EASTPAK à l'adresse affiché sur le document. Tous les produits doivent être propres. Les produits sales seront refusés et renvoyés à l’expéditeur, frais de port à sa charge. EASTPAK s’engage à respecter un délai de 3 semaines.

NOUS LE RÉPARERONS QUAND MÊME

Même si le dégât n’est pas (ou plus) couvert par notre garantie, les clients peuvent choisir de faire réparer leur produit par notre excellent service de réparations, à des prix très raisonnables. Naturellement, nous ne pourrons assurer ce service que si nous avons toujours en stock les pièces détachées nécessaires aux réparations.

De Eastpak Garantieafdeling zal van 2014-12-23   tot  2015-01-04 gesloten zijn.
E-mails die wij ontvangen tijdens deze periode zullen pas beantwoord worden na onze terugkeer.

WAT VALT ONDER DE GARANTIE? WAT NIET?

Eastpak waarborgt zijn producten tegen mogelijke materiaal- en productiefouten door middel van een standaardgarantie van 30 jaar op alle gewone producten (rugzakken, tassen en bagage). De garantie van 30 jaar geldt niet voor bepaalde ‘speciale’ producten, zoals producten gemaakt van een modieuze stof of constructie in beperkte oplage, waarvoor een garantie van 2 jaar geldt. Indien u niet zeker bent welke garantie voor een bepaald product geldig is, controleer dan het garantiedocument- of kaartje dat bij de aankoop met de tas wordt meegeleverd of het witte etiket in de tas. Daarop wordt duidelijk de garantietermijn vermeld.

Je kan bovenaan deze pagina een pdf-bestand met foto’s terugvinden waarop duidelijk te zien is welke defecten onder onze garantie vallen en welke niet.

HOE WERKT HET IN DE PRAKTIJK?

Gelieve uw tas terug te sturen via de winkel waar u uw EASTPAK gekocht heeft. Indien dit niet mogelijk is kunt u uitzonderlijk het EASTPAK herstellingsformulier downloaden. Gelieve dit formulier in te vullen en op te sturen naar het adres dat onderaan het formulier vermeld staat. Wij aanvaarden alleen schone tassen. Vuile tassen worden ongerepareerd en op uw kosten teruggestuurd. Het kan tot 3 weken duren vooraleer u uw tas terug heeft.

WIJ HERSTELLEN HET NOG

Ook indien de schade niet (of niet meer) onder de garantie valt, kan je er nog steeds voor kiezen om je product aan een billijke prijs door onze hersteldienst te laten herstellen. Dit natuurlijk op voorwaarde dat wij de voor de herstelling benodigde reserveonderdelen nog in voorraad hebben.

Een prijslijst van de herstellingen buiten garantie is bijgevoegd (zie bovenaan pagina).

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK IN PRACTICE?

Please return the defective product to the EASTPAK dealer where you've purchased your EASTPAK. Or by exception please download the repair form (see top of page). Fill in this form and send it together with the faulty EASTPAK to the address given on the form. Please take note that the bag is cleaned, we return dirty bags unrepaired at your expense. Note that it takes 3 weeks to have your bag back.

WE’LL STILL FIX IT

Even if the damage is not (or no longer) covered by the warranty, customers can still choose to have their product repaired by our high-quality repair service at very reasonable prices. Naturally, this is on the condition that we still stock the spare parts needed for the repair.

PORTUGAL

O departamento de garantias da Eastpak irá estar de férias de 2014-12-24  até 2015-01-04.

O QUE É QUE A NOSSA GARANTIA ABRANGE? E O QUE NÃO ABRANGE?

A EASTPAK abrange possíveis defeitos em materiais e manufatura com uma garantia padronizada de 30 anos em todos os seus produtos regulares (mochilas, malas, e bagagem). Nestas situações a EASTPAK repara ou substitui o item em questão. A garantia de 30 anos não abrange certos produtos “especiais”, tais como produtos feitos de tecidos ou design de edição limitada; estes possuem uma garantia de 2 anos. Se não tem a certeza de qual é a garantia apropriada para o seu produto, por favor verifique a etiqueta de preço que se encontra fixa ao produto no ato da compra. Esta explicita claramente qual a garantia que se aplica ao seu produto.

COMO FUNCIONA NA PRÁTICA?

Devolva o produto defeituoso ao vendedor EASTPAK a quem comprou o seu produto. A título de exceção efectue o download do formulário de reparação (ver topo da página). Preencha este formulário e envie-o com o produto EASTPAK defeituoso para a morada fornecida no formulário. Por favor certifique-se que a mala se encontra limpa – devolvemos produtos sujos por reparar, sendo as despesas de envio assumidas por si. Devolver-lhe-emos a mala em 3 semanas.

ARRANJAMOS NA MESMA

Mesmo que o dano não se encontre abrangido pela garantia (ou o período de garantia já tenha expirado), os clientes podem optar por ter o seu produto reparado pelo nosso serviço de reparações de alta qualidade a preços bastante razoáveis. Isto é possível, naturalmente, mediante disponibilidade em stock das peças necessárias ao arranjo. Em anexo encontrará uma lista de preços para reparações que não são abrangidas pela nossa garantia.

¿QUÉ ESTÁ CUBIERTO POR NUESTRA GARANTÍA? ¿QUÉ NO?

Eastpak garantiza sus productos contra posibles defectos de materiales o mano de obra y ofrece una garantía estándar de 30 años en todos sus artículos habituales (mochilas, bolsas y maletas). Cuando tales defectos ocurran, EASTPAK reparará o reemplazará el producto en cuestión. La garantía de 30 años no incluye algunos productos “especiales” como los diseñados para una edición limitada de moda o con un tejido especial; estos últimos poseen una garantía de 2 años. Si no está seguro de qué clase de garantía tiene su producto EASTPAK, por favor verifique en el momento de la compra la etiqueta del artículo en donde se indican claramente las condiciones de garantía pertinentes.

En la parte superior de esta página, usted encontrará un archivo PDF con fotografías que muestran cuáles defectos están cubiertos por nuestra garantía y cuáles no.

¿CÓMO FUNCIONA TODO ESTE PROCESO EN LA PRÁCTICA?

La primera opción es devolver el producto defectuoso EASTPAK a la tienda donde ha sido comprado. Si esto no fuera posible, descargue el formulario de reparación (ver parte superior de la página). Complételo y envíenlo junto con el producto defectuoso EASTPAK a la dirección que figura en el formulario. Por favor, verifique que el producto se encuentra en un adecuado estado de limpieza. Los artículos sucios serán rechazados y devueltos al remitente a expensas de éste. Advierta que una reparación normalmente lleva 3 semanas.

 

LO REPARAREMOS DE TODOS MODOS.

Incluso si el daño no (o ya no) queda cubierto por la garantía, los clientes pueden optar por reparar su producto a través de nuestro servicio de reparación a precios muy razonables. Naturalmente, siempre a condición de tener en stock los repuestos necesarios para la reparación.

WE’LL STILL FIX IT

Even if the damage is not (or no longer) covered by the warranty, customers can still choose to have their product repaired by our high-quality repair service at very reasonable prices. Naturally, this is on the condition that we still stock the spare parts needed for the repair.

Eastpak garantiert seine Produkte gegen mögliche Material- und Fertigungsmängel und bietet für alle gewöhnlichen Produkte (Rucksäcke, Taschen und Gepäck) eine 30-jährige Standardgarantie an. Die 30-jährige Garantie schließt gewisse „spezielle” Produkte aus, beispielsweise aus einem „Mode“-Stoff oder Konstrukt einer Limited Edition hergestellte Produkte; diese haben eine 2-jährige Garantie. Falls Sie nicht sicher sein sollten, welche Garantie auf Ihr Produkt zutrifft, überprüfen Sie bitte entweder das Etikett, das zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs an der Tasche hängt, oder das weiße Etikett drinnen im Rucksack. Die jeweilige Garantiezeit wird hier klar angegeben.

WIE LÄUFT DAS ALLES IN DER PRAXIS?

Sollte es erforderlich werden, Garantieleistungen in Anspruch zu nehmen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben. Ausnahmsweise können Sie ein Reparaturformular aus der Internetseite herunterladen (siehe oben). Bei der Anmeldung von Garantieansprüchen soll der Kunde das vollständig und richtig ausgefüllte Reparaturformular vorlegen und an die auf dem Formular gegebene Adresse schicken. Das Produkt soll vor der Reparatur gereinigt werden (Handwäsche), sonst wird das schmützige Produkt unrepariert auf Ihre Kosten zurückgechickt. Beachten Sie bitte, dass die Reparatur ca. 3 Wochen dauert.

QUE COUVRE LA GARANTIE? QUE NE COUVRE PAS LA GARANTIE?

Eastpak garantit ses produits contre les éventuels défauts des matériaux et les problèmes de qualité de ses produits. De plus, Eastpak offre une garantie standard de 30 ans sur tous les produits classiques (sacs, sacs à dos et bagages). La garantie 30 ans ne couvre pas certains produits « particuliers » tels que ceux produits dans un certain matériau ou type de fabrication « tendance » en série limitée, ces derniers produits seront couverts par une garantie de 2 ans. Si vous n’êtes pas sûr du type de garantie couvrant un produit spécifique, veuillez vérifier l’étiquette apposée sur le sac lors de l’achat ou la petite étiquette blanche à l’intérieur du sac. Les informations portées sur l’étiquette établiront clairement les conditions de garantie qui prévaudront.

COMMENT CELA FONCTIONNE-T-IL EN PRATIQUE?

Vous pouvez retournez votre produit au dealer ou vous avez acheté le sac. Comme exception, vous pouvez télécharger le formulaire de réparation ci-joint (en haut). Replissez ce formulaire et envoyez-le ensemble avec to sac EASTPAK à l'adresse affiché sur le document. Tous les produits doivent être propres. Les produits sales seront refusés et renvoyés à l’expéditeur, frais de port à sa charge. EASTPAK s’engage à respecter un délai de 3 semaines.
