NOXZ

Meet noxz - a Nigerian, London-based independent artist-producer who seamlessly bridges the worlds of music and architecture. While he may have chosen to study architecture, it's clear music chose him first. "My love for rythm started early on while I was banging pots and pans in my parents' kitchen, unknowingly laying the groundworkd for what I'd one day create."

Deeply influenced by his African heritage, noxz's sound is rooted in rich drum grooves and a keen sense of structure, echoing his dual passions for sound and spaces. Though architecture became his formal pursuit, it was never separate from his love of music. Instead, the two began to intersect, sparking a unique creative process.

"People often ask how my visuals and sound stand out - I credit my architectural background. Music and architecture share so much; harmony, rhythm, scale… the way a building feels as you step inside is similar to how music moves you when you listen. Both are about creating spaces that resonate, physical or emotional."

This multidisciplinary approach means his music isn't just something you hear; it's something you feel, see, and experience. noxz's creative process is further enriched by constant travel, drawing inspiration from the cultural textures of the citites he visits.

"The road is my canvas, I absorb everything; the sounds, the architecture, the energy and translate it into my music and visuals."

For noxz, the end goal is far bigger than just personal expression. He envisions a new creative language, one that blends the modular principles of architecture and music to build not just songs, but spaces - real or imagined, where artists can thrive.
